Article 2: PURPOSE

1. Promote the development and advancement of women: The Global Women Networking supports women worldwide in personal development, enhancing skills, and promoting their roles in various fields.
2. Build connections and community support: The Global Women Networking creates an environment where women can connect, share experiences, and support each other in personal and community development.
3. Operational motto: CONNECT – SHARE – ACCOMPANY – DEVELOP

Article 3: PRINCIPLES

1. Respect and diversity: All members of the network are respected for their cultural, religious, and racial diversity in all activities of the network.
2. Support and encouragement: The Global Women Networking prioritizes support and encouragement. Each member is evaluated and supported in developing personal and professional skills.
3. Honesty and transparency: The network upholds honesty and transparency in all activities.

Article 4: ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

1. Executive Board: The Global Women Networking has an Executive Board consisting of a Network Director and Deputy Directors responsible for activities in different regions and fields.
2. Local organizations: The Global Women Networking has branches or representatives in various countries and regions to create closer and more effective community support.
3. Club system: The network comprises multiple clubs (CLBs). Each CLB has a Club President and Vice Presidents. The number of members in each CLB will depend on the development of each CLB.

Article 5: CLUB SYSTEM

1. The clubs operate under the leadership of the network’s Executive Board. The Club President may establish an Advisory Board to support and advise on club activities. Advisory Board members are dedicated and experienced individuals.
2. The Club President coordinates all club activities, assigning tasks to Vice Presidents, secretaries, and club members.
3. Club Presidents organize and complete the club’s goals and periodically report to the network’s Executive Board.
4. The clubs will meet biweekly.

Article 6: CLUB ACTIVITIES

1. Workshops and events: The Global Women Networking organizes workshops, training sessions, and events to promote the development and connection among members.
2. Community support: The Global Women Networking promotes community support activities to enhance understanding and promote the role of women in society.

Article 7: CLUB MEMBERSHIP

1. Membership conditions: Women worldwide who wish to connect, accompany, and develop can become members of the Global Women Networking club.
2. Members must comply with the club’s rules and regulations and respect the club’s principles.
3. Members should respect the opinions and decisions of other club members.

Article 8: MEMBER OBLIGATIONS AND BENEFITS

1. Annual fee: Each member pays an annual fee of 1 million VND/year and enjoys the following benefits:
2. Members receive support in style training sessions, can participate in networking events and programs organized by the club, which helps members expand their knowledge and create new connections.
3. Members can promote their image and personal brand through the club, promoting their image, brand, and business within the Global Women Networking.
4. Club members gain access to high-quality and prestigious relationships: Through the club, members have the opportunity to interact, cooperate, and share experiences with individuals and businesses.
5. Club members receive birthday gifts, including flowers and gifts worth 500,000 VND each time. Gifts are given by the club’s Executive Board.
6. Club members can attend the Global Women Networking Day held once a year. This event will be organized in a major city in Vietnam or other countries selected by the network’s Executive Board and Club Executive Board. Members attend the banquet for free. The banquet ticket, worth 500,000 VND/person, is managed by the club’s Executive Board. (Travel and accommodation costs are borne by the members themselves).
7. Members receive a 50% discount on article fees in the network’s ecosystem magazines, such as Global Women Magazine, Elegant Magazine, and Style Perspective Magazine.
8. Members receive a 60% discount on online news fees within the Global Women Networking ecosystem.
9. Members have the right to withdraw from the club if they find it no longer suitable.

Article 9: FINANCE AND RECOGNITION

1. Clubs operate on a self-financing principle.
2. When organizing events, the network’s Executive Board and club Executive Boards seek sponsorship and manage costs independently.
3. Members with significant contributions to the network will be honored and recognized.
