I. INTRODUCTION TO THE GLOBAL WOMAN NETWORKING
1. – The Global Woman Networking was founded and has been managed by Vietnamese journalist Lương Thị Ngọc Hân since 2016.
– In 2018, the network organized a cultural exchange and fashion music tour in Paris, France. The event saw participation from female entrepreneurs from Poland and Germany, and it was a great success.
– In 2019, journalist Lương Thị Ngọc Hân, along with entrepreneur Adeline Walsh, expanded the network to France, Germany, and Italy.
– In 2022, the network launched a Global Woman Networking club in Ho Chi Minh City, led by entrepreneur Lê Thị Lệ Hoa.
– In April 2024, entrepreneur Adeline Walsh and journalist Lương Thị Ngọc Hân decided to establish Global Woman Networking in Vietnam, focusing on developing clubs throughout the country.
– On June 11, 2024, the Global Woman Networking in Vietnam introduced its executive board, including the director and deputy directors of the network, as well as the presidents and vice-presidents of the clubs under the Global Woman Networking.
– Since its inception, journalist Lương Thị Ngọc Hân has been responsible for managing and overseeing the Global Woman Networking brand.
2. The Global Woman Networking (GWN) is a non-profit organization established to elevate the role of women worldwide. The network aims to create a platform for women to connect, trade, and engage in cultural exchanges.
3. By creating opportunities for connection and collaboration, the Global Woman Networking helps women develop comprehensively.
4. The Global Woman Networking has expanded to many countries through a club model. It has clubs in France, Italy, Australia, the Netherlands, Poland, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, the USA, Germany, and more.
5. The Global Woman Networking organizes the annual Miss Global Woman and Miss Beauty Universe pageants in Vietnam and other countries.
6. The Global Woman Networking has developed the website globalwomannetworking.vn and publishes the Global Woman magazine and the Người Sành Điệu magazine as its global media outlets.
7. Members of the Global Woman Networking include women of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures. All women are welcome to join this community.
II. PHILOSOPHY OF THE GLOBAL WOMAN NETWORKING

III.ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE GLOBAL WOMAN NETWORKING
The structure of the Global Woman Networking includes the following main components:
A. **Global Woman Networking**
1. The executive board is the highest governing body, responsible for managing and strategizing for the network. It consists of experienced and talented members from various fields such as business, politics, education, and community development.
2. Following the executive board are the club presidents, responsible for managing and developing the clubs.
3. The member community is the core of the network, contributing, sharing knowledge and experience, and participating in the network’s activities.
4. The structure of the Global Woman Networking is optimally designed to ensure close connections between members, the presidents, and the executive board.
B. **Clubs**
1. Clubs operate under the network’s management, each consisting of one president, three vice presidents, and members.
2. The club president’s duties include:
– Providing information about the Global Woman Networking and club regulations to new members.
– Managing the club and fostering its development.
– Maintaining the club’s culture based on the Global Woman Networking’s cultural foundation.
– Deciding on the appointment of vice presidents and members.
– Setting the club’s operational guidelines.
3. The vice presidents are responsible for introducing and welcoming guests at club meetings, reviewing membership applications, receiving member feedback on the network and club activities, and proposing timely adjustments to help the Global Woman Networking grow stronger and more complete.
4. Clubs must have at least 20 members to function effectively.
5. Clubs hold monthly meetings to help members expand their knowledge, increase business networking opportunities, and learn new experiences and knowledge shared by club members.
6. Club members frequently participate in training sessions organized by the club to improve skills in public speaking, family management, parenting, maintaining a harmonious family, self-image building, communication, business, and leadership.
